Considering we spend hours and hours on the same running routes, I'm sure everyone feels like they have some special place where they run. Now that I finally figured out how to add images to my posts, I have decided to put up some pics of my favorite running spots.
Me on the Cabin John Trail, also known in my blog as the river road trail, CJ trail, or the death trail.
Note: this is not the actual trail, it just on the left. Although, one time I was 4.5 miles out and it start thunderstorming and poured rain and I got totally soaked, and to get back I had to ford the stream in places cuz the trail washed out like this:
And sometimes when I am feeling really fast I run here
There is a maximum security prison just out of the picture on the left so I run extra fast here.
I also took the liberty of doing Kangway's post for him:

I don't actualy run in the cornfields anymore because country roads are all crowned. Basically it means you have to switch sides every three minutes or else you get shin splints, achilles tendinitis, iliotibial band problems, or like, any other injury you can think of.
These days I only run at the University of Illinois Arboretum. Lots and lots of grass. Lots of grass.
