Who's the Most Injured Runner Here?

I'm curious to see what injuries everyone has had, you know, because I'm interested. I know Matt Kiesz has gotten like, no injuries, while Ian seems to get lower leg injuries (which I still think are due to his forefoot plant), Mark has gotten Iliotibial and quadriceps tendon stuff as well as achilles stuff and stress fractures. Also Ryan just runs through his achilles like it's nothing. More or less, I just want to see how people are injured and maybe get a sense of what bugged them the most.

I guess if you list the injury, how long, what side of your body it was on (L/R if applicable), maybe approximate dates of injury if you know, and how long it lasted, and some injury history. Only list things that have hurt for say, more than a week.

I'll go first:

Stress Fracture (L) - July 2004. I'm pretty sure this was a stress fracture. Looking back, my left shin hurt really bad running over two weeks to the point where it hurt to walk. It continued to hurt to walk, too much to bearably jump on that leg more than two or three times, for about six weeks. I took off 6-8 weeks (I might have run once or twice at the end) and it was still a bit achy but got better. I thought it was just shin splints then but looking back it was probably a stress fracture. Caused by running on crowned roads.

Shin Splints (L) - Got this during track season, and running on crowned roads. On-off ever since (especially track).

Plantar Fasciitis (L/R) - England 2002, left arch bugged me for two weeks. RICE'd the hell out of it and it went away. Also massaged it a lot. For the right, it started bugging me short after my achilles did in '06.

Iliotibial Band Syndrome (L) - Crowned roads got to me during the summer of '05. Roller/Stretching did away with it, but it came back the following summer and has been bothering me ever since.

Quadriceps Tendinitis (R) - Bugged me for a week in the Fall of '06. I think pool running aggravated it.

Inserstional achilles tendinitis (L/R) - It killed me for 8 months. Got it bad in the right and spread to the left for a few weeks, but that one went away. Eccentric calf raises, baby.

Osgood Schlatter Disease (L/R) - Slammed both knees into the concrete on one snowy run. It someone caused Osgood Schlatter's for a while. Sometimes I can still feel it a bit.

Peroneal Tendinitis (R) - May 2007. Sportsmed fixed it.

Extensor Digitorum crap (R) - Track season '07. Ended the season. Took six weeks off and it went away.

Random Muscle Strains (Everywhere) - Calves/Quads/Groin/Hamstring. Usually icing and time off got rid of it.

I think I was pretty low mileage so I didn't get injured much in High School. Oddly enough many of the small injuries I got in HS very much mirror the ones I have now.

R Hamstring Pull- Spring 2003. Minor, 1 week off

R Forefoot problem, unidentified, similar to mine now. Just kinda went away. Winter 2003

Large Break-----

R Hamstring Pull, Severe Hamstring Tendinitis: Winter 05/06- Spring 07
This injury basically has never gone away, still hurts from time to time.

R/L Upper IT tendinitis, Summer 06. Not bad, but got sore pretty sore during preseason

R Extensor Tendinitis- Winter 06/07. Just started hurting one day, had to loosen up shoes a ton.

R Foot Metatarsel Stress Fracture + Morton's Neuroma Feb 07- Jun 07. Nasty little mofo.

So I did actually have one substantial pain. In track (i think either 06 or 05) I had pains that may have been shin splints. Of course since I'd never really had shin splints before (since I don't get injured), I didn't know what they were. Furthermore, XC 05, I kicked a pole, possibly breaking my foot or a toe. That hurt for a week, then I started running. It still hurt a little, I just didn't bitch
